Electronic SIGNATURES This agreement and related documents under this agreement are signed when a party`s signature is transmitted electronically and these signatures must be treated in all respects as if they had the same strength and effect as the original signatures. 17. WAIVERS No waiver of any party to any of the provisions of these provisions is effective unless it is expressly signed in writing and signed by the contracting party. No waiver of a party can be construed as a waiver of an omission, violation or standard that is not expressly identified by such a written, similar or otherwise, waiver and whether it occurs before or after that waiver. The right, recourse, power or prerogative arising from this agreement cannot be exercised or delayed and must therefore be construed as a waiver of the agreement; nor the exercise, in part or in part, of a right, remedy, power or prerogative within that framework, which excludes any other or other exercise of that right or any other right, remedy, power or right. 18. MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement may not be amended, amended, terminated, amended, altered or not amended, or unmodified in writing and signed by the Contracting Party against which the amendment, amendment, discharge, termination, termination or resignation is requested.
